Caroline A. Molloy

Caroline Ann Molloy is a senior attorney at Callahan & Blaine. She represents established and emerging companies in business, insurance, and technology litigation, from complex commercial lawsuits and business torts to intricate intellectual property disputes. Caroline has a broad range of experience in business and technology litigation, including trademark cases and trade secret controversies. Recently, Caroline was co-counsel in a five-week state court jury trial concerning trademark infringement. Caroline also was co-counsel in an arbitration in which our client, a local Orange County business, obtained a significant monetary judgment enforcing the terms of a partnership dissolution agreement.

Represented a California-based silkscreening company for major sportswear clothing manufacturers in a partnership dissolution dispute, involving allegations of breach of contract.

Represented a homeowners association in its prosecution and defense of multiple mold infestation cases in Orange County Superior Court, Complex Division, obtaining significant monetary settlements from contractors and subcontractors.

Prosecuted a national California-based converter of first class motor coaches and a major innovator of the surfacing industry in several state court disputes on claims of fraud, negligent misrepresentation, breach of contract, products liability, illegal investment contract in securities transaction, material misrepresentation in securities transaction, joint and several liability of management principals or materially aiding personnel, joint and several liability of materially assisting persons.
