Matthew A. Arigo specializes in complex transactions and business operations analysis. His experience includes an extensive range of international and civil law practice, as well as private legal consulting.
Mr. Arigo earned his law degree from the Southwestern Law School, following completion of his undergraduate studies at Northwestern University. At Southwestern, he completed the Southwestern Conceptual Approach to Legal Education an intensive, interdisciplinary track and the first accelerated program of its kind to be accredited by the American Bar Association. His skills and experience were recognized early on in his law career at Southwestern, when he received an Excellence for the Future Award in Non-Contractual Intent from CALI. He was later selected as a legal extern for the United States Attorney's Office in Los Angeles, California.
Prior to joining Callahan & Blaine, Mr. Arigo served as a legal consultant for Campbell Cohen Worsoff in Montréal, Québec. Before practicing law, Mr. Arigo managed high-value transactions for Guggenheim, Asher Associates in Los Angeles.
