Reinstatement of Wrongfully Terminated Insurance Broker

In this matter, Farmers Insurance Company sought to terminate its relationship with one of its brokers, the Thomas Agency. We represented the owner of the agency, Keith Thomas, at a Termination Review Board Hearing before three arbitrators. We were successful in having the Thomas Agency fully reinstated.
