Successful Procurement of Insurance from Northridge Earthquakes

Merrill v. Farmers In this matter, our client, Marlene Merrill, made claims to Farmers Insurance Company for earthquake damage to four separate properties resulting from the Northridge Earthquakes. Farmers initially denied coverage for the claims based on the expiration the statute of limitations. We were ultimately able to obtain coverage for the claims and recover a settlement in excess of $800,000.
