Court Awards Maximum Term Injunction for Domestic Violence in Favor of Celebrity Clients

After a sixteen day court trial, an Orange County Judge issued a protective order in favor of Callahan & Blaine’s celebrity clients and against a former spouse for the maximum term of five years. The Court’s ruling included an order for the former spouse to complete 22 weeks of anger management classes, a no contact order, and a stay away order from the celebrity clients’ houses, cars and offices. The order was awarded after proof of harassment and other forms of domestic violence was established by attorney Lee Burrows of Callahan & Blaine. As the case involves other issues related to ongoing child custody and dissolution matters, the Judge has ordered that the court record and the trial proceedings be sealed
