Callahan & Blaine Wins Jury Verdict of $2.5 Million in Insurance Accounting
Sierra Pacific Insurance Company v. UCA General Insurance Agency Callahan & Blaine's client was sued for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and fraud by failing to provide accurate accountings to Sierra Pacific Insurance Company. After a 17-day trial, a unanimous jury dismissed Sierra Pacific's claim and awarded Callahan & Blaine's client $2.5 million on its cross-complaint for breach of contract and accounting.
