Benjamin G. Reynolds is a results-driven litigator with a broad spectrum of trial and dispute resolution experience. He has represented clients in matters taken to trial through verdict and arbitration through final award confirmation, and has resolved numerous disputes through mediation, informal settlement negotiations, and dispositive motion practice—including successful motions for summary judgment and adjudication.

Mr. Reynolds’ practice includes general business and commercial litigation, employment law (including representative PAGA claims), toxic torts such as mesothelioma, personal injury, transportation matters under the Carmack Amendment, unlawful detainer, and insurance coverage disputes involving claim denials and bad faith allegations. He is known for his strategic, pragmatic approach to litigation, focusing on achieving efficient and favorable outcomes for his clients at every stage.

Some of Mr. Reynolds’ successful cases include:

  • The complete dismissal of all claims against his client via Demurrer and Motion to Strike in a personal injury matter;
  • Findings of fraud and conversion in his clients’ favor in an arbitration that resulted in a confidential settlement;
  • The complete dismissal of all claims against his client in a toxic tort (mesothelioma) matter;
  • The complete dismissal of all claims against his client through summary judgment in a single-plaintiff employment law matter for retaliation, discrimination, wrongful termination, negligent hiring, retention and supervision, and intentional infliction of emotional distress; and
  • A favorable settlement for his client against a carrier for its violation of the Carmack Amendment.

Mr. Reynolds earned his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in 2018, where he served as an associate editor on the Law Review. He obtained his Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern California, where he majored in Business Administration.

Mr. Reynolds is an active member of the California state bar (Bar No. 320546) and the Texas state bar (Bar No. 24141988), as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Southern, and Western Districts of Texas, and the Central and Southern Districts of California.

Mr. Reynolds served honorably as an infantryman in the United States Marine Corps from 2004 to 2008, fighting in some of the most challenging environments in Ar-Ramadi and Ar-Rutbah, Iraq . His military background instilled in him the core values of integrity, perseverance, and strategic execution—principles that continue to guide his work in the legal field.
