David C. Palmer is a Senior Attorney with extensive litigation experience and proven record of delivering results for his clients.
Mr. Palmer specializes in high-stakes business and real estate litigation as well as civil rights, environmental, and governmental tort litigation.
Mr. Palmer received his B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara with majors in Law and Society and Cultural Anthropology. He then received his J.D. from Loyola Law School, where he was a two-year member of the nationally ranked Byrne Trial Advocacy Team and Board Member of the Student Body Association. Prior to entering practice, Mr. Palmer participated in the American Board of Trial Advocates Fellowship in Trial Advocacy further honing his trial skills.
Mr. Palmer’s advocacy skills were recently recognized by his inclusion on the 2021 Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch List (Litigation-Real Estate)
Mr. Palmer has obtained favorable verdicts for his clients in each of his trials to date and has also obtained favorable resolution in matters prior to trial. Mr. Palmer is an active member of the California state bar and is licensed to appear and try cases before every state court in California, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern, Central, Eastern and Northern Districts of California, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
