Jessica Sauber

Jessica Sauber is a skilled trial attorney with a longstanding career in the legal field. Before becoming a lawyer, she spent more than a decade working in civil litigation and at the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, where she gained extensive hands-on experience and developed a deep commitment to advocacy. Her early work as a paralegal and later role in the DA’s Gang Unit laid a strong foundation for her trial practice.

Her practice focuses on products liability and personal injury, representing plaintiffs in cases involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death. Jessica has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict, including high-stakes matters against major automotive manufacturers, and is known for her strategic approach and strong courtroom presence.

During law school, Jessica served as Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review and was active in moot court, sharpening the advocacy skills that now define her trial work. She further advanced her training at Gerry Spence’s Thunderhead Ranch in Dubois, Wyoming—an immersive, three-week program dedicated to developing top plaintiff trial lawyers.

Jessica has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in both 2024 and 2025, a distinction awarded to no more than 2.5% of attorneys in California under the age of 40.

She is an active member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, and Consumer Attorneys of California. Jessica is admitted to practice in all California state courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, the Middle District of Florida, and the Southern District of Indiana.
