The ruling in the case, which seeks $100 million in damages, may be the first in the country to certify a class for newspaper carriers on the issue, one of the plaintiffs' attorneys said. "This is a precedent-setting case, the first time in the nation where such a class has been sought to be certified and has been so certified," Daniel J.
