Gaurav Reddy

Mr. Reddy is a seasoned oral advocate with a track record of numerous successful oral argument appearances before federal and state courts, including drafting and arguing key dispositive motions, such as motions for summary judgment, motions to dismiss, and demurrers in high stakes litigation matters.  He has successfully argued matters before the California Court of Appeals, in addition to numerous successful oral argument appearances in Federal District Courts and California Superior Courts.

Mr. Reddy has represented a number of clients in high stakes arbitration matters before JAMS and other arbitral providers.  And he has served as the lead counsel in mediations, settlement conferences, and private settlement discussions, achieving excellent results for clients in complex litigation matters.

Prior to joining Callahan & Blaine, APLC, Mr. Reddy was a Senior Attorney at Theodora Oringher PC and an Associate Attorney at Hughes Hubbard & Reed, LLP.  He is a graduate of the Columbia University School of Law and the University of California, Berkeley.
